Ok another distro has been added to my list of favs.
Vector linux is a great distro based off of slack and comes as ether a 250 mb iso or
as SOHO Small Office/Home Office which still fits on one cd.
Installs very easy maybe not as easy as say mandrake but easier than most.
I might be biased as it is a canadian company but still it seems like a great little distro
So if your bored and like me (loves one cd installs) give it ago
Installs ok but i never had so much trouble to get simple things configured
mouse and wireless options being the worst. (usb 5 buttton wheel and synaptic touch pad & wireless usb linksys)
oh well first 2.6 release that has yet to wipe out modules on it's own so thats good
Hello to everyone,
I just want to notice that if you use Slackware, you can get a beautiful GNOME 2.6 desktop simly going here [link]
and download the installer
